I don't even know how I was signed up for this audiobook.com membership. I saw a charge on my account and called them, they said to email their manager. I did that, asking for them to please refund me, I haven't even listen to a single book or use the website at all! They didn't want to refund, because they don't have a return policy for the monthly membership. Well I lost $24 for nothing! I didn't use their service so if they did refund me, then would they loose something? No! They did make free money though. If they were a good company, they would have a better refund policy especially for an issue that I am facing.
In summary, I would not recommend Audiobooks.com to a friend.
