Trial membership is a complete scam 06 August 2025 Reviewer: Bjs from Minnesota, USA 50 of 96 people found this review helpful Size of Library: Features: Compatibility with Devices / Flexibility: Ease of Use / Navigation: Ease of Joining / Registration: Customer Support: Value for Money: Overall Star Rating: We cancelled our trial membership within the 30 days, but they continued to charge us for years. When we called, they could see from their records that we NEVER rented a singled book after the trial membership, but they would not refund the amount they billed us.
