theaudiobookstore.com is really the same company as audible.com

Go to theaudiobookstore.com site and find an audio book you want and click to download it for $7.49 instead of the normal much higher price which is crossed out. The higher price is what it will cost you if you buy the same product on Amazon and the lower price is the first month subscription to audible.com where you get 1 credit/month which you can apply to that book you wanted so it in effect cost you $7.49. The normal price for that gold membership is not $7.49/mo but about $15/mo. Audible is offering the deal for the first 3 months before it jumps back up to the regular price.

Audible Gold membership benefits are probably covered under the reviews under Audible so I won't repeat them here.

In summary, I would recommend The Audiobookstore to a friend.
